How much space do you require?


Setup requires a 12x12 ft clear space, while operation needs a 10x10 ft space. Our backdrop is exactly 10ft wide and cannot be reduced in width. We also require a minimum of a 10ft ceiling to set up our custom illuminated backdrop.




How long does it take to set up?


We require 3 hours to set up and test our system. This is more than a typical photo booth as there are more components to assemble and lighting variables that we must account for in order to produce the best possible results.




When do I receive my photos?


With our digital service, photos are availabe just moments after they are taken and can be shared immediately via sms or email. The receiving time is somewhat dependent on the venue's internet service. If the venue does not have wifi (or if it is weak) the system will store the SMS and Email messages and they will be sent once a stronger connection is acquired. If you have selected on-site printing, images typically take 10 - 40 mins, as they are hand selected and processed by our print technician. This extra step ensures only the best finished print quality. Online galleries are posted within 48 hours of your event.




When do you remove your setup?


We like to start breaking down the components of our system immediately after the capture session ends and photos are all printed. Typically, we like the systme to be placed in space which allows us to do so discretely. All break-down must commence by 1 am or a maximum of two hours after the end of the commission, whichever comes first. Next-day removal and late removal are available for an additional fee.
